There are many reasons why a person may be moved to seek psychotherapy, and the motive is not always clear.  For some there may be a need to speak about something known, which cannot be spoken of elsewhere.  While for others, there's an undefined unease, or anxiety.

In the latter part of 2021 I have returned to working in person, though I continue to offer the alternatives of phone and Zoom.
